Annamis was founded by Chef Matt, shaped by years in Europe's top restaurants. Working alongside world-class chefs, he developed a deep appreciation for the full dining experience — not just thQe food, but the ambience, service, and presentation it's served within.

When his wife Phương introduced him to Vietnamese handmade ceramics, the vision became clear. These pieces deserved a place on the world's finest tables.

Annamis bridges Vietnamese artistry with global hospitality standards. We work closely with local artisans — breaking language and cultural barriers — to bring their remarkable talent to the international market.

Our collections range from sophisticated tableware to unique decorative accessories, each reflecting Vietnam's cultural depth. Most porcelain pieces are hand-painted and double-fired for resilience. Our stoneware — like the Diamond collection — is single-fired at high temperatures for exceptional durability and surface protection, without sacrificing beauty.
