We had just wrapped up a meeting and were on our way to another when something caught our eye—a newly opened restaurant, Habbibi Manchester. Without a second thought, we decided to step inside. The moment we entered, we were greeted by a friendly host who immediately made us feel at home. We mentioned our interest in meeting the head chef, and despite not having an appointment, the host graciously invited us to sit and wait while they arranged for us to meet Chef Djafar.
